Nothing in QuestTypeGo costs money yet, so there is nothing to refund. Normal quests will stay free. See QuestTypeGo Pro for what's planned.
When subscriptions launch
- Cancel any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- 14-day refund. If Pro isn't for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get the full amount back, no questions asked.
- Renewals. Renewal payments are not refunded once the new period has started, unless the law requires it or something on our side went wrong (for example Pro didn't work for you).
- How to ask. Email support@questtypego.com or use the link in your payment receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 days.
Payments will be handled by a reseller (merchant of record), which appears on your receipt. This policy never limits your rights as a consumer under EU law.
